Christians Live Right- Where Is Our Love

Psalms 15:1-5 Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.

A christian is someone who profess belief in Jesus as Christ or following the religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus.Manifesting the qualities or spirit of Jesus; to be Christlike. As Christians we sometimes do not want to put all our effort in reaping the fullness of the life Christ wants us to have or practise. We want our cake and to eat it too. You can not have one foot in the church and the other in the world. There is no middle ground. God should not be mocked. You are either with Him or not with Him.

Yes, this journey is long and sometimes to endure it is a everyday fight, but when Jesus sees that we are trying do you think He will just let us be? NO. He said He will never leave you nor forsake you. 1John 2:15-17 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in Him. For everything in the world the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and boasting of what he has and does comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.

I have learned through my short journey as a christian that it is imperative to put God first in everything. You have to give up the flesh to Jesus Christ so that the Holy Spirit can work in you. The Holy Spirit will teach you all there is to learn to be a fruitful christian. It will give you the fruits of the spirit: love, peace, joy, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. I learned that the most important in my life is to learn to LOVE. Love covers a multitude of sins. So when I have that love in me I can learn to be tolerate of everyone. Which is one of the greatest command. To love God and your neighbour as yourself. As Christians we also have a duty to the good news. To tell others about Jesus.Matthew 9:37 Then he said to his disciples the harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few.

I learned that we are called to serve others, we are the Lord's servants. I myself everyday is learning true "christian ship". I have learned that it is important to sow into the lives of other. We need to sow love into  the lives of others. When I look around the world I think dear Lord this is not what you intended for your world. Hungry children, broken families, murder. I myself am Selfish because as Christians in modern world we tend to think of ourselves first. Christians let me say that is what the devil laugh at. If you truly love Christ should you be allowing the devil to laugh at the true master of the world. I need as do all Christians need to learn to put away the flesh and put others before ourselves. That is what God did He gave us His only begotten son. Is that not love.

No man is an island, we need each other. Even Jesus had friends, his disciples. Peter loved Him so much that that when they came to take Jesus he was like no I can't allow you to do that. So he pulled the sword of one of the soldier and chopped off his ear, but what did Jesus do. He healed him and told Peter a man that lives by the sword dies by the sword. Even that soldier Jesus had compassion for even though.

You reap what you sow, how can we ALWAYS want God to bless us when we are not helping others or doing anything to build up the kingdom. Can a man expect to reap all the necessities of life if he does not work. By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are(genesis 3:19). If you are not telling someone about Jesus. If you are not praying regularly. If you are not helpful and kind to others. If there is no compassion in your heart. If you are always just making your own plans and do not consult the Lord. If there is jealousy, envy, hatred, self-serving, discord, and selfishness in your life you need to check out what is going on in your life.

If you are watching, participating, listening, and doing what the world is doing go on bended knees and speak to the Lord about the things that are taking up His space in your heart. As Christians we should be set apart. Unique, a light should shine from us; we should have a glow that will draw others to us.

The kingdom is in you. Christians the world needs us now more than ever. I know it is hard, trust me I fight daily. The dragon tries to oppress me daily, but we can not allow that. Sometimes you know you are in the valley but soon you will reach your promise land. You know that they fight you daily but they will soon be cut off. You are in the tunnel but the Spirit within you lets you know that a bright light is at the end of the tunnel. Christians try and stay strong, pray everyday, and commune with Jesus at all times, praise Him when you are working, washing the dishes, even in despair. Do not give up the good fight.
